How do I return an item?

RETAIL DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders placed at elevationlacrosse.com are processed between the hours of 9 am to 4 pm. Orders placed within this time frame will normally ship within 24 hours. We ship all of our goods via UPS and USPS and goods normally take 1-7 business days from our Midwest distribution center depending on where you are located. Expedited shipping services are available, please contact customer service for more details.

RETAIL BACKORDER POLICY

When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders.

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with an item's fit or performance, simply return it for an exchange or merchandise refund within 30 days of purchase. All items returned must be unused and in their original condition. For apparel items, they must be unworn & unwashed. Send your package back via Fed Ex, UPS or insured US Mail, and keep your tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for returns packages lost in the mail and we do not accept packages sent C.O.D. We do not refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges sent to Elevation Lacrosse. For all exchanges we will ship out the replacement at no charge.

This return policy is for retail items only that were purchased for individual use through our retail stores or online website. If you have an issue with a custom team order, please contact teamsales@elevationlacrosse.com.

HOW TO RETURN A RETAIL ITEM

  3. Make sure to include a copy of your receipt or packing slip so we can easily reference your original order. If you no longer have the receipt or sales order please provide us with your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  4. Please include all original packing, tags, and materials originally include with the item.
  5. Allow 5-7 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

At this time we only ship retail orders to the lower 48 states. We do not ship retail items internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska. International custom team orders can be easily handled by our team sales staff. Please contact any our team sales representatives for international shipping charges for custom orders.
