All retail orders placed at elevationlacrosse.com as well as phone calls to customer service are processed between the hours of 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Orders placed within this time frame will normally ship out within 24 business hours.

*ORDERS WITH CUSTOM STRINGING: Please allow 5-6 business days for our custom stringers to complete your job. Any other items ordered along with your custom stringing job will ship with your custom strung head. When your stringing job is complete, your order will ship via the method you have selected upon checking out.
