If you are not completely satisfied with an item's fit or performance, simply return it for an exchange or merchandise refund within 30 days of purchase. All items returned must be unused and in their original condition. For apparel items, they must be unworn & unwashed. Send your package back via Fed Ex, UPS or insured US Mail, and keep your tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for returns packages lost in the mail and we do not accept packages sent C.O.D.

We do not refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges sent to Elevation Lacrosse. For all exchanges we will ship out the replacement at no charge. This return policy is for retail items only that were purchased for individual use through our retail stores or online website.

    Returns
  1. Send the item(s) to: Elevation Lacrosse; attn: Returns; 12743 Heather Park Drive; Suite 105 Granger, IN 46530
  2. Make sure to include a copy of your receipt or packing slip so we can easily reference your original order. If you no longer have the receipt or sales order please provide us with your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  3. Please include all original packing, tags, and materials originally include with the item.
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once they are received at our warehouse.
  5. All returns credits will be applied to your original method of payment. If you chose for our site to not store your credit card information, your refund will be sent to you as a check.
    Exchanges

  2. Make sure to include a copy of your receipt or packing slip so we can easily reference your original order. If you no longer have the receipt or sales order please provide us with your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  3. Please include all original packing, tags, and materials originally included with the item.
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for your exchange to be processed once they are received at our warehouse.
  5. Please Download a PDF of our Retail Return Policy Form and fill in the area with the items you would like to exchange for the goods you are returning.

We cannot exchange items for a more expensive item. If the exchange value is less than your original purchase than the difference will be credited to your card on file. As always, exchanged items will be shipped out at our expense.

Within 30 days of Purchase

Elevation Lacrosse will honor all manufacturer warranties for 30 days from the date of purchase for most defective items. Items that are not eligible for warranty returns are:

  • Closeout or discounted items
  • Aluminum shafts
  • Custom stringing, stringing kits & stringing components
  • Retail Apparel
Note that items that have incurred normal wear and tear including but not limited to dings, dents and discoloration are not considered defective and are not eligible for return.

To return a defective item to Elevation Lacrosse:
  1. Contact us at customerservice@elevationsports.com or 800-750-1572 to obtain a return authorization. Warranty returns that are sent back without a return authorization will be considered void.
  2. Once a return authorization has been received you may send your item to:

  3. Please allow 3-5 business days from receipt of your defective item for your replacement item to be shipped.
After 30 days of Purchase

Customers who wish to return defective items after 30 days from the date of purchase must contact the specific manufacturer directly. Manufacturers provide a warranty to the original purchaser that the equipment will be free of defects during use for six (6) months from the original retail purchase date provided:

  1. The equipment was purchased from an authorized dealer
  2. The customer can provide a form of proof of purchase or receipt from the original transaction
  3. The item has not been abused or altered
  4. The return is handled in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s rules

Upon receipt or approval of your return you will be sent a replacement of the same or equal model. The warranty policy covers the replacement of the original product only the term of the warranty expires based on the original purchase date.

To return a defective item to a manufacturer:

  1. Locate your receipt or proof of purchase to determine if your item is covered under a warranty
  2. Contact the respective manufacturer to obtain a return authorization
  3. Ship the defective item in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and ship to the manufacturer
