Retail Shipping - United States
We ship all of our goods via FedEx and USPS and goods normally take 1-7 business days from our Midwest distribution center depending on where you are located. Expedited shipping services are available, please contact customer service for more details. Please note, that we currently do not offer "Saturday Delivery" and all shipping times are based on standard business days (M-F). In most cases, orders placed by 2PM M-F will ship out same day.
International Shipping Policy
At this time we only ship online retail orders within the United States and Canada (Via FedEx). Other international custom team orders can be easily handled by our team sales staff. Please contact any our team sales representatives for international shipping charges for custom team orders.
Retail Backorder Policy
When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You may cancel an item on backorder at any time prior to shipment. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders.
Orders containing qualifying items and totaling greater than a certain amount are sometimes offered automatic free ground shipping without a promo code. Free shipping does not apply to:
- Orders under the stated value
- Orders that fall below the stated value due to discounts
- Items over 20lbs
- Orders containing Oversize items (e.g. large field supplies, cases of balls)
- Team Store Orders
- Custom orders (decorated uniforms, apparel, bags, etc)
- Orders shipped to:
- AK, HI, PR Addresses
- International Addresses
- PO Boxes
- APO, FPO Addresses
